Vasile Daniel Balint, one of the sons of the interloper Sile Cămătaru (by the real name Vasile Balint), was preventively arrested for 30 days, after being detained because he had beaten the 12-year-old on the street two months ago.

The police found the man on Wednesday and took him to the hearings, and later the prosecutors ordered his detention and took him to the court with the proposal for a preventive arrest.

The aggression took place in early August, on a street in Sector 3, the incident being caught by a surveillance camera.

According to the images, Vasile Daniel Balint hit his 12 -year -old boy over his face and in the body area.

The boy does not live with his father, being raised by his grandparents.

Mom and grandparents did not want to file a complaint

In a statement issued by the Romanian Police, it is mentioned that both the child's grandmother from the mother, who have the child in care, as well as his mother, as the boy's legal holders, refused to issue a provisional protection order and did not want to make a criminal complaint against the aggressor.

The inspectors of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Sector 4, in order to dispose of competence, were made.

The investigations are continued by the police officers of the Criminal Investigation Service Sector 3, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the District 3 Court, for committing the crimes of domestic violence and disturbing peace and public order.
