Raising the issue of the growing threat from drones violating the airspace of NATO countries, Sikorski pointed to the need to invest in modern defense technologies.
“We need both electronic and kinetic means to stop these deadly machines from reaching their targets,” he said.

The minister emphasized the need to purchase drones and drone management systems and to introduce an additional layer of protection on NATO's eastern border.
Poland in the Middle East
In response to questions about Poland's role in stabilizing the Middle East after the peace agreement, Sikorski recalled the presence of Polish soldiers in the region. – Poland is already present there, we have about 250 soldiers stationed in Lebanon – he said.
He also emphasized Poland's involvement in development and humanitarian aid through the European Union. — With the modest resources at the disposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are trying to prevent and alleviate suffering, he added.

When asked about the lack of a Polish representative at the Monday summit in Egypt, where the peace agreement regarding the Gaza Strip was signed, Sikorski did not provide a clear answer. He suggested that this question should be directed to President Karol Nawrocki.
