“Korean-style pumpkin with vinegar is a bright appetizer with a distinct taste of spices that is prepared in just 15 minutes. This Korean-style pumpkin is suitable as a side dish for main dishes or as a separate snack,” the website says.
Ingredients:
- 500 g pumpkin;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 0.5 tsp. black pepper;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 2 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%;
- 1 tsp. ground coriander;
- 20 g sesame seeds.
Preparation
- Peel the pumpkin and remove seeds. Grate it into thin strips using a Korean carrot grater.
- Transfer the grated pumpkin to a bowl. Add salt, sugar, pepper, coriander, vinegar, vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle the finished snack with sesame seeds.
- Cover the bowl with the pumpkin and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
