“Korean-style pumpkin with vinegar is a bright appetizer with a distinct taste of spices that is prepared in just 15 minutes. This Korean-style pumpkin is suitable as a side dish for main dishes or as a separate snack,” the website says.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pumpkin;
  • 1 tsp. salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 0.5 tsp. black pepper;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%;
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander;
  • 20 g sesame seeds.

Preparation

  1. Peel the pumpkin and remove seeds. Grate it into thin strips using a Korean carrot grater.
  2. Transfer the grated pumpkin to a bowl. Add salt, sugar, pepper, coriander, vinegar, vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle the finished snack with sesame seeds.
  4. Cover the bowl with the pumpkin and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
