More than 400 Krasnoyarsk residents were fined for parking on lawns in the Central district of the city

In the Central District of Krasnoyarsk, the results of the work of the administrative commission for nine months of 2025 were summed up. In total, experts reviewed 680 cases, the total amount of fines imposed was 1.76 million rubles.

It is noted that The most common violation is still parking on lawns. For this, 426 car owners were brought to justice. Among them are 17 organizations.

52 fines were issued for disturbing the peace and quiet of others.

31 officials were held accountable for failure to comply with the rules for organizing transport services – for example, for driving past stop points.

In total, since the beginning of the year, violators have already paid 1.71 million rubles to the budget in all respects: voluntarily – fines of 1.01 million rubles, the rest had to be collected through bailiffs. “The share of fines that citizens paid voluntarily increased by 10% compared to last year. This means that Krasnoyarsk residents understand the inevitability of responsibility for their actions and prefer to make payments on their own, without waiting for enforcement measures. The number of appealed decisions remains minimal – we are talking about isolated cases,” said Maxim Oreshnikov, head of the Central District Administration.
