Baptism with scandal at Bihor. The godfather to beat the child's father for a hallucinating reason
A baptism turned into a scandal of proportions at Aleșd, Bihor County. A father sued the godfather of his child, accusing him of physical aggression and requesting moral damages of 12,000 lei, according to the local press. The Aleșd Court made a decision.

The incident occurred after the religious ceremony, when, according to the witnesses, the godfather-upset that he had endured all the expenses of the baptism alone-would have attacked the child's father in the street, reports the publication of ebihorean.ro.
The victim suffered serious injuries, including the broken lip and two cracked teeth. The details presented in the file are quite shocking.
The godfather would have caught the end of the genital organ, then struck him repeatedly with his fists in his head and front, slamming him in a ditch, where he hit again in the mouth area. Following the wounds, the man had to eat only liquid food for a long time.
The court gave the victim justice
The Aleșd court decided in favor of the applicant, in the absence of the defendant, who did not present at the trial. Magistrates have emphasized in motivation that violence cannot be a method of “Recovery of expenses”, regardless of the situation.
The godfather was obliged to pay the victim the sum of 12,000 lei, considered by the court o “Reasonable and fair compensation” for challenged physical and moral suffering. The decision can be appealed.
