In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 16 fires were extinguished in 24 hours on October 10: two people died, one was injured. Statistics were provided to Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
So, in the regional center in the evening on the avenue named after the newspaper “Krasnoyarsky Rabochiy” a garage caught fire on an area of 20 m². When the fire was extinguished, a man was found dead inside. Another man was injured and was hospitalized.
In Kansk on the night of October 10, a man also died in a fire in a garden house on an area of 16 m². The body was found under collapsed structures.
According to preliminary data, both fatal fires occurred due to careless handling of fire.
