The residents of the Henri Coanda Residence district in Sibiu say that for several months more cows often reach the blocks, where the trees break and leave misery, according to the local publication the hour of Sibiu.
“I think that for about two months, a person, probably with a farm nearby, let the cows come to the neighborhood. At first there were only one or two, but now a few tens come. It goes through the neighborhood, they make misery and break the trees,” said a tenant, Mario Ioan.
He adds: “The responsible person has come and took them, but the cows continue to appear. Pass on a nearby field and then return to the neighborhood.”
According to him, the situation was reported to the Local Police, but the animals continue to appear.
“The police came two or three times just to find out the facts. They said they could do nothing but sanction the owner with a fine, according to Law 61. They applied the fine, but the cows continued to return. They even broke the fence, and the misery on the sidewalks is unbearable, because the animals do their needs,”
