The representatives of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) announced on Thursday that 110 localities in 22 counties have been affected following the abundant rainfall of the last 48 hours.

Nine people who have been preventively evacuated from two Siliştea and Sinoe localities in Constanta county remain in relatives due to the waters, IGSU announced on Thursday, who presented the updated situation of the phenomena that have taken place in the country in the last two days.

Also, the road traffic is closed on DN 2A in Constanta county and is difficult on DJ 222 A in Tulcea county.

IGSU representatives also mentioned that the maneuvers were resumed in the ports of Constanta county and that there are no interruptions in the power supply.

The meteorological phenomena of the last 48 hours have effects in 110 localities in 22 counties. During this period the intervention forces acted for the evacuation of water from 86 flooded buildings (59 houses, 11 cellars, 10 dismissals blocks of housing, an economic operator, five public institutions), nine household annexes, 189 courts, eight streets, removal of construction elements from 20 buildings and the release of two electricity, 71 vehicles.

Also, four people caught by the floods, three in Constanta County and one in Prahova were saved.

We recommend the population to follow the official sources of information, to respect the authorities' recommendations and to prepare for possible emergency interventions in case of imminent risks,” IGSU, “
