Schoolchildren staged a “foam battle” using stolen fire extinguishers in Rostov-on-Don
According to media reports, three teenagers in New Year's hats stole several fire extinguishers from the parking lot of a local residential complex and staged a shootout.
Eyewitnesses called the police, but the hooligans fled when they arrived. Representatives of the local housing management company filed a police report against the “foam thieves.”
