To ensure that the fries are crispy, the cut strips should be frozen before frying. This will keep the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Preparation
- In 0.5 liters of water you need to dissolve one teaspoon of salt and sugar.
- Pour this marinade over the potatoes cut into strips for half an hour.
