3-year-old child fell into a manhole filled with feces and almost died
A terrible incident occurred with a family from Volgograd Kotovo, who were heading home from the store. The child ran ahead and there was no sign of trouble, when suddenly a hatch that collapsed under his feet sent the child into the depths of the “fecal slurry” from the sewer.
The victim's father quickly found his bearings: he lay down on his stomach next to the well, extended his hand to the child and, with the help of passers-by, pulled the boy out.
The head of the family notes that the hatch was poorly secured, and the lid “immediately slammed shut.” Fortunately, the child escaped with only a slight fright.
Meanwhile, the trap hatch is still unfenced and awaits its new victims on a busy street.
