Polish clothing brand Femi Stories for sale. What will go to the auction?


The Femi Stories clothing brand was founded in 2005 by sisters Kamila and Anita Nawarkiewicz. Thanks to the unique style inspired by sport, travel and colorful aesthetics, brand products quickly gained popularity in Poland and on foreign markets. According to the information provided by the Company, in the peak years of activity, between 2019 and 2021, the company generated revenues of PLN 20 million. Now the brand has been on sale – writes the portal forhandlu.pl.
In 2022, FP Brand, which is the owner of the brand, recorded a net loss of PLN 2 million. In April 2024, sales in the online store were suspended, and a stationary store in Warsaw at ul. Browarna 4, was closed after the final sale of the goods.
The first attempts to sell the brand took place in 2024. Initially, the owner, FP Brand, valued assets at PLN 3.1 million, and later even at PLN 5 million. However, the transaction did not take place. Currently, FP Brand is in liquidation and is not associated with current auction.
The future of Femi Stories now depends on the new owner who will take over the rights to trademarks, domains and communication channels. Auction is not only a brand value test on the market, but also a chance for its revival. For investors, it is an opportunity to breathe a new life in the brand, which for years enjoyed exceptional recognition and loyalty of customers.

The auction, organized by Tonda, applies to key assets of the brand, including:
– trademarks: verbal and graphic signs related to the FEMI Stories brand and related names such as hel of a girl, hel of a man, hel of a dream or femi pleasure.
– profiles in social media: Facebook (over 125,000 followers), a group on Facebook (11.7 thousand members), Instagram (over 80,000 followers).
– Internet domains: a set of addresses with .pl, .com, .it, .info.
