It was an action carried out in accordance with international law in order to pierce the illegal blockade of the Gaza Strip and provide humanitarian aid. A week ago we were detained illegally, brutal. We were kept in an Israeli custody five days. It was not pleasant, we were not allowed to sleep, the guards shone in our eyes with flashlights, we were played by music from propaganda Israeli films for hours, quickly on us dogs, pluto on us, we were threatened with weapons – said Franciszek Sterczewski after landing at the Chopin airport in Warsaw.
