Vladimir Govansky, deputy of the first convocation of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, diedthe former head of the Kezhemsky district and the city of Kodinsk. He was 72 years old.
Recall that the deputy Govansky was in 1994-1997, and from 2000 to 2005 he headed the Kezhemsky district of the region.
