The neighbors and people associated with the object confirm that the PiS president appeared on the spot. The whole thing came to light only after the conflict between the owners and the Srebrna company, which finally offered PLN 5 million for the property.

On a larger one, according to Fakt.pl, there is a historic manor house with 21 rooms and hotel apartments, banquet, conference spaces and a restaurant. The contract contained a provision that there was no court proceedings against any of the plots.
Transaction problems and a sudden change of decision

Court dispute over the Napoleonic Inn
A few months after the termination of the contract, the Silver company again turned to the owners with a proposal to purchase real estate, this time offering PLN 5 million. Currently, both parties, as it reminds, Fakt.pl, prepare lawsuits. The owner of the Napoleonic Inn emphasized that the case is so complex that the final decision would have to be taken by the court.
