The Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of Russia, Irek Fayzullin, proposed to return the compulsory distribution system for graduates of construction universities studied in budget places. The initiative was announced during the international exhibition-forum “100+ Technoleum”.
According to the publication of Yamal 1, the head of the department said that budget training should include compulsory training. Fayzullin emphasized that the business should become a “customer” in this area and participate in the training of personnel.
The terms of a possible return of the distribution system have not yet been determined.
