Statement Vladyslavy Molchanova: NABU handed over suspicion, business is under attack.
Today, the founder of the Charitable Fund, Vladyslava Molchanova, was handed a charge of suspicion by NABU. She calls the case ordered and one that has been artificially dragged on for more than four years, and now has been dramatically accelerated.
Molchanova stated that she knows who is behind the special operation and that the goal is to destroy the business of the companies with which she is connected. According to her, such actions are a signal to foreign investors as well: it is dangerous to do business in Ukraine, because tomorrow they may knock on their door with a search warrant and demand hundreds of millions in collateral.
She recalled that during the full-scale invasion, she and her family helped build the defense of Kyiv. The Molchanova Charitable Fund transferred more than UAH 250 million to the Armed Forces and continues to support brigades and corps. Now, she said, investigative actions could limit that help.
Molchanova stressed that she is not going to run away, and called protecting her name a matter of honor.
