“Although individual cities are gaining popularity, looking as a whole and fewer clients in total, they decide to plan the autumn city break in Poland. At the moment, the number of reservations between September and November is as much as 22 % less compared to the previous year. At the same time, other regions – mountains, the Baltic and lakes – together record an increase in visitors by 8 percent in an annual basis. It is a signal that many tourists are increasingly choosing rest closer to nature, where it is easier to break away from everyday life. In addition, interest in foreign trips is growing, because Poles willingly use Hotel+LOT packages and plan rest, among others in the south of Europe ” – comments Eliza Maćkiewicz, Head of Commercial in Travelist.pl.
The average cost of one night for two with breakfast – in a hotel with a standard of a minimum of three stars at Travelist.pl – this fall is PLN 472, i.e. by 3 percent.
