Have you ever thought that an ordinary pharmacy drug can become your salvation in the cleaning of the kitchen? If the plastic parts of your microwave oven have lost their pristine whiteness and covered with yellowish spots from old spray, then this solution is for you.
What do you need:
- Dimexide (available in most pharmacies)
- Water
- Sponge
- Gloves
Step -by -step instruction:
- Put on gloves. Although dimexide is usually safe, it is better to protect your hands.
- In a bowl, mix the equal shares of dimxide and water.
- Make a soft tissue or sponge into the resulting solution and gently apply to the plastic parts of the microwave.
- Wait 10-15 minutes.
- Wipe the treated surfaces thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth to remove the rest of the product.
- Wipe the microwave with a dry cloth.
Voila! Your microwave looks like new again. Dimexide helps to get rid of persistent spots and returns its original freshness to the plastic.
Important: before using this method on the entire visible surface, conduct a test on a small, inconspicuous area of plastic to make sure that there is no reaction.
