If the meat turned out to be hard, dry or similar to rubber, do not throw it out. Even a overdled dish can be saved. There are three proven ways that work in a few minutes.
Method # 1: hot broth or sauce
Cut the meat into thin slices and pour hot broth, meat sauce or even strong vegetable decoction. Cover with a lid and let stand for 10-15 minutes. The meat will absorb moisture and will become softer. It works especially well with chicken, pork and beef.
Method No. 2: sour cream, yogurt or cream
Mix dry meat with a small amount of sour cream, natural yogurt or cream. Smuck over low heat for 5-7 minutes or just let it brew under the lid. Fat and acid soften the fibers and return the juiciness. Ideal for cutting or filling in pies.
Method No. 3: turn into a new dish
Finely cut or disassemble the meat into the fibers and add to the sauce, stew, paste or pancakes. In combination with other ingredients, dryness ceases to be noticeable.
These techniques will not return the initial tenderness, but will definitely save the situation. And next time just turn off the fire a couple of minutes earlier. The meat will reach itself.
