Krasnoyarsk police officers established the identity of a man who publicly committed illegal actions against a 78-year-old woman.
Recall that everything happened on September 27 in the courtyard on Michurin Street, 14. During the conflict, the man took the cane from the pensioner and threw it away. Eyewitnesses also reported that he had spit a woman and kick her dog with his feet.
The aggressor was the 45-year-old Krasnoyar. Yesterday he was taken to the police department for further proceedings. The man admitted everything, stated that he was ashamed of his act, and asked for forgiveness.
We add that, on the fact of the incident, investigators conduct an audit under paragraph “a” of part 1 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed using violence).
