In response to the MP, the Deputy Head of the Ministry of National Education informed, among others, that the Minister of Education “transferred letters to school superintendents, school heads, teachers and parents, pointing to Phenomena requiring immediate preventive and educational activities (patostreaming, sexTortion, “patrols”)as well as to the group of young people – emphasizing that ridicule, exclusion and hate on the web is violating the dignity and personal privacy. “

The author of the interpellation, MP Katarzyna Osos, drew attention to the negative consequences of the so -called patrol chaon, or – as she wrote

Informal groups of teenagers who consider themselves self -proclaimed defenders of morality, modeled on the “moral police” who “hunt”, in their opinion, improperly dressed or incorrectly behaving girls and young women, to then stigmatize and ridicule them on the Internet.

Osos added that placing images and hateful comments on the network meant that some girls experienced strong stress and reported to parents fears, e.g. before participating in the start of the school year. “Such signs of peer violence and cyberbullying should be stopped as soon as possible,” she noted.

Piechna-Więckiewicz pointed out that, according to the regulations, each school is obligatory to implement an educational and preventive program (adopted by the Parents' Council in consultation with the Pedagogical Council). He should, she added, take into account activities addressed to students – shaping the principles of social coexistence and tolerance, in particular: respect for the dignity of another person, responsibility for his own decisions and elections, trust and compliance with the student's rights.

As she noted, “The matter of fighting hate illegal groups of “patrols' chaon”, if he appears in the school environment, it should be “eliminated on a regular basis”.

She noted that the Ministry of National Education has developed and updated the guide for school heads “Safe school. Threats and recommended preventive actions in the field of physical and digital safety of students”. She explained that this is a collection of recommendations and guidelines for school heads and bodies running schools regarding “preventive activities related to the risk of security threats at school or institution together with an indication of applicable regulations and liability.”

“The guide also includes a collection of good practices, references to detailed solutions, training materials, documents, educational multimedia,” she added.

She noted that “seeing the need to strengthen activities in the field of prevention of violence”, the Minister of Education invites you to the organization from September 29 to October 3, 2025. Initiatives: a week about building relationships – for kindergartens, a week about counteracting peer violence – for primary, secondary schools and educational institutions.

In addition, as she added, the Ministry of National Education in cooperation with the Educational Research Institute, the Education Development Center, NASK – the National Research Institute and NGOs prepared an educational material package that was sent to all schools and institutions, and the ministry, as part of inter -ministerial cooperation, will organize debates on October 1 and 3, 2025, during which recommendations and discussed changes will be developed in the area of ​​education and ideas to strengthen the protective factors and plans for long -term activities.
