Ingredients:
- cauliflower;
- two eggs;
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- salt, pepper, turmeric and garlic to taste;
- 3-4 tbsp. l. flour.
Cooking
- Disassemble the cabbage on the inflorescences. Put it in salted boiling water and cook for no more than five minutes.
- Mix eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and spices in the container. Mix and add flour thoroughly.
- Put the cabbage into the batter and mix.
- Put a baking sheet on a parchment and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or fry in a pan.
