In the Alley store, the Russian Guard was called on a Krasnoyarsk blogger because of deodorant forgotten in the cart

Krasnoyarsk autoblogger Sanich Auto became a participant in the conflict in the Alley hypermarket on Svobodny Avenue. He talked about this in a video on his channel.
The man forgot to pay for deodorant worth about 150 rubles because it was lost in the cart under his jacket. After this, store employees called the National Guard and took him to the police. According to the blogger, he himself noticed the product and was ready to pay for it immediately. However, store controllers accused him of theft and insisted on calling the police.
The arriving employees of the Russian Guard, according to the author, are perplexed why they are being called because of petty thefts. The Oktyabrsky district police department also considered the situation not worthy of attention – the local police officer released the blogger without drawing up a report.
In his video, Sanych criticizes the practice of calling law enforcement agencies for minor reasons, noting that the Russian Guard is already busy with more important matters.
The Komandor retail chain, which includes the Alleya hypermarket, gave a Newslab correspondent a comment on the incident.
“The Komandor company is a local chain, and therefore we are very sensitive to feedback from our customers. During 2025, we are seeing an increasing trend in the number of offenses. In this regard, we actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and the work process of our employees is strictly regulated. Based on the complaint, we plan to conduct an internal audit to clarify all the circumstances of what happened,” Nadezhda Baydel, head of the security directorate of the Komandor retail chain.
Company representatives also asked customers to be more careful when paying at self-service checkouts.
