You, athletes, are the essence of this group. We are fully aware that we cannot ask for discipline, effort and performance without offering real assistance, stability and consideration. The support provided will not only be in words, but will translate into active presence and conditions that allow development. Each athlete must feel that he is part of a structure that supports him authentic.
We know what the supporters are waiting for. We also know that in recent years there have been moments of rupture, confusion and disappointment. It is time to restore our partnership on honest bases, without illusions and without uncoated promises. We need each other. We need to know what we have to do, but also respect and listen.
