Ingredients:
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- one egg;
- 2.5 tbsp. l. semolina;
- 1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- to taste – vanilla sugar;
- flour for collapsing;
- Vegetable or butter for frying.
Cooking
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, semolina, sugar and vanilla sugar. Let the mass brew for 20 minutes.
- Form cheesecakes, roll them in flour.
