Rostelecom launched eight base stations “Bulat” in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Since the beginning of 2025, Rostelecom, as part of the implementation of the second stage of the federal project to eliminate digital inequality (UDC 2.0), first launched eight base stations Bulat in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, operating exclusively on domestic software.
The antenna-material structures with connected active equipment are supported by 2G (GSM) and 4G (LTE) technologies, providing a high level of protection of a mobile network and a stable connection. The radius of their coating is about 20 km, and the data transfer rate reaches 450 Mbps.
Stations can significantly improve the quality of communication in remote settlements and provide residents of the region with access to digital services.
“Bulat is a significant and long -awaited solution for the telecommunication industry, which is fully complied by world standards. According to the control systems and assembly of basic stations in Russia, which gives us control over the main technological processes and increases the safety of data, ”said Evgeny Sintshevsky, deputy technical director of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Rostelecom.
The base stations from the Russian supplier appeared in the villages of Shalagino, funny keys, Lebedevka, Pokrovka, Verkhobrodovo, Karymskaya, Organ and Nikolaevka. Already this fall, Rostelecom plans to launch similar objects in 38 settlements of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
