The analytical agency J'Son & Partners Consulting has published a rating for the technological development of the largest communication operators in Russia. The leader of the list was MTS, which gained 79 % of 100 possible.
As noted in J'Son & Partners, FThe actor who determined the high positions of MTS was, first of all, a high level of research activity, estimated by the number of patents, registered industrial models, computer programs and other indicators related to RID (results of intellectual activity).
In addition, the high positions of MTS have determined a large number of innovations in basic communication services for the population and individuals (among which, for example, the possibility of redirecting the call to the chat, the functionality of detection of the generated voice and the ability to make calls through smart devices).
“Megafon” was in second place – 64 %, the third position was taken by Beeline – 59 %. TOP-5 also included T2 and Rostelecom.
According to a user survey, 31 % of respondents called MTS the most technological operator, 26 % – Megafon, 18 % – T2, 14 % – Beeline.
