“There are desserts that smell of childhood. And there are – which smell of lion. This chocolate cheesecake is just that,” said Yaroslavsky.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese (9%);
  • 100 g of sour cream (15%);
  • 80 g of sugar;
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar;
  • Three eggs;
  • 60 g of butter (82.5%);
  • 20 g of semolina;
  • 35 g of cocoa;
  • 100 g of raisins;
  • The zest is optional.

Ingredients for the test:

  • 100 g of butter;
  • one yolk;
  • 50 g of sugar;
  • 140 g of wheat flour;
  • 10 g of cocoa;
  • 5 g of baking powder;
  • 150 g of white chocolate.

Cooking

  1. Beat cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar and eggs until a homogeneous consistency with a blender. Add butter, semolina and cocoa and beat again well.
  2. Pour the raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes, dial and add to the curd mass. If desired, you can add grated lemon zest or fried brewed poppy.
  3. Beat oil with sugar, add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Knead and put everything in the refrigerator.
  4. Put the dough in a rectangular shape lined with parchment. Grate the cold dough on top and bake for about 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
  5. Give the cheese to cool completely, cover with melted white chocolate.
