Zemsky coaches will appear in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. They will be paid a million rubles. The corresponding bill was considered on the eve of the Committee on Sports, Youth Policy, Tourism and the development of the public environment of the Legislative Assembly of the region.
The Zemsky Coach program is aimed at attracting qualified trainers-teachers, methodological instructors to work in rural areas and small cities. First Deputy Minister of Sports of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mark Pnaw, told the deputies that now there are 80 vacancies in 26 sports schools of the region in the region.
In parliament, they prepared changes to the regional law “On Physical Culture and Sports in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.” It refers to a one-time payment to trainers-teachers who came to work in municipal educational organizations in order to implement additional sports training programs.
The coach will be able to get a million rubles if he begins to work in an organization that is located in a rural settlement, a city -type village, a city with a population of less than 50 thousand people or in the north. Applicants are selection, it is necessary to work on the program for five years.
The chairman of the Committee on Sports, Youth Policy, Tourism and Development of the Public Environment Alexander Novikov noted that the funds for this are 3 million rubles – have already been laid down in the autumn adjustment of the budget.
“But there are a number of nuances. The fact is that at the end of August the Government of the Russian Federation developed the rules for the provision of subsidies to the subjects of the country. In 2026, the Krasnoyarsk Territory could receive 26 million rubles for these purposes. To do this, we need to prepare a regulatory framework before November 1. The second reading will need to seriously process the regional law. There is a lot of work, it is important that next year the region attracts federal funds to implement the Zemsky Coach program, ”said Alexander Novikov.
In the first reading, the bill will be submitted to the nearest meeting of the session of the regional parliament, which will be held on October 3.
