Superliga: Rain of fines after the match Csíkszereda - FC Rapid Bucharest

The group of mobile gendarmes “King Ferdinand I” Târgu Mureş, who provided public order measures at the match between AFK Csíkszereda and FC Rapid Bucharest, during the third stage of the Superligion of Romania, applied several sanctions and fines, reports News.ro.

Thus, according to a statement, following the finding of deviations from the legislation in force regarding the development of sports competitions, the following sanctions were applied:

The organizer of the match: – a contravention fine of 30,000 lei, for the non -observance of the obligation to prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the sports arena, according to Law no. 4/2008, art. 10 para. (1) letter. K:

Two people were sanctioned for the consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the sports arena with a fine of 250 lei each, according to art. 20 letter. c of Law no. 4/2008, sanctioned by art. 22 letter. C, with the complementary sanction: prohibition of access to football sports competitions for a period of 6 months.

At the same time, a person was sanctioned with a fine of 200 lei, according to Law no. 61/1991 (republished), for the profession of insults in the public space, a fact provided in art. 2, point 1.

All the measures arranged had as exclusive purpose to ensure the public order and to protect all the participants, regardless of the team, nationality or affiliation. The sanctioned persons were informed about the facts found and the legal right to challenge the minutes, according to the Romanian legislation in force, the source said.

The Bucharest team Rapid defeated Friday evening, on the move, score 2-0, the Csikszereda band, in the third stage of Superliga.
