In the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk, 38 abandoned cars were evacuated from the streets

The administration of the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk reported about the autohlama taken out at the request of the townspeople. Since the beginning of the year, 38 cars have been removed from the territory. As a rule, these are understaffed vehicles that not only spoil the appearance of the streets, but can also be a danger to residents.

According to the city hall, the owners removed 31 the car independently after receiving the relevant warnings. Seven cars had to be evacuated, since the owners of vehicles did not respond to notifications about the need to remove auto -huts. Among the cars that were forcibly taken away from the districts of the district, four Volga, two Niva and Lada.

Now in the work of experts 6 cars – the necessary procedures have been launched on them. Next week, it is planned to evacuate the white “Lada Kalina” and “Dau Matiz” red color on the streets of Michurina, 8 and Avenue named after the newspaper Krasnoyarsk Worker, 27.

Recall that the removal of abandoned cars became possible after the decision of the administration of the city of Krasnoyarsk No. 354 of 04/19/2024. According to this document, the vehicle can be recognized as abandoned, including if it is not used for more than 30 days. This is determined, in particular, by appearance.

“In accordance with the current legislation, after issuing a notification, the owner has 30 days for the voluntary export of transport. In case of ignoring the notification, the car will be forcibly moved to a specialized parking lot, ”said Dmitry Guryev, head of the Leninsky district administration.

The owner will be able to pick up the car from the special parking lot for three months if there are documents on the right of ownership. To do this, he needs to compensate for the costs of moving and storing the car.
