In the city of Sharypovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory, police detained a man who walked around the yard with two knives in his hands, threatened people and expressed obscenely.
A resident of one of the houses of the third microdistrict complained about the aggressor.
The law enforcement officers who arrived at the place established that an attacker is a 64-year-old local resident. In May last year, he was already brought to administrative responsibility for walking around the city with a gun and frightening passers -by. Then two guns were found and seized from him.
“At the moment, the man is in the police. On the fact of the offense, a check is carried out. In addition, the issue of sending the detainee to a specialized institution is being resolved, ”the State Department of Internal Affairs said.
