Spokesman of the National Prosecutor's Office Przemysław Nowak said that former deputy head of MS Michał Woś was called to the prosecutor's office on Tuesday in order to change the description of the act accused of him. In August last year, Woś heard allegations related to the transfer of PLN 25 million from the justice fund for the purchase of Pegasus.

WOŚ, as the deputy head of MS, submitted in September 2017 a request to the Ministry of Finance for a change in the FS financial plan in order to transfer 25 million to the purchase of Pegasus.
The investigation of the National Prosecutor's Office regarding the Justice Fund has been going on since February 2024. This is multi -threaded and development proceedings; It takes place, among others in the matter of exceeding the rights and failure to fulfill his duties by the Minister of Justice (this function was performed by PiS MP Zbigniew Ziobro) and the department officials who were responsible for money from the fund.
