The region's deputy minister of education told us: his salary has been cut, and the department under his leadership will be disbanded. By February 5, a youth policy department will appear – the official will move to serve there. Now the authorities are registering a new legal entity. So everything was planned and had nothing to do with attacks on volunteers.
