End of the collective dispute. The new president calls for dialogue


In an official letter addressed to the management boards of PZU and PZU Życie, The trade union organization unilaterally considered that the conflict with employers, which lasted over two and a half years, has been completed. Representatives of the Union emphasized that this decision is a gesture of gratitude to the Presidium of the Supervisory Board of PZU SA and chairman Marcin Kubicz.

On the same day Bogdan Benczak, acting as president of PZU from September 24 this year. (in anticipation of the consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority), he sent a letter to the leaders of all trade union organizations operating in the PZU Group.

– I understand the important role of social dialogue in our organization, in which trade unions are not only an important partner in conversations about working conditions, but also a co -creator of organizational culture based on mutual respect, trust and openness. I would like our dialogue to be continued in the spirit of partnership, as well as enriched with new forms of cooperation that will respond to the challenges of the changing environment. I am open to talks, initiatives and ideas – I believe that together we can build a strong, responsible and modern organization – declared Bogdan Benczak.
