A small increase, but always? Almost 60 percent employees can boast

The study shows that the youngest employees, aged 18-24, could more often count on noticeable salary increases-every fifth of them (21 percent) received an increase above 10 percent.
“In turn, in a group of 35-44 years, only 9 percent of employees could boast such a large increase. You can also see sector differences. In e-commerce, 61 percent of employees did not receive any increase, and only 6 percent enjoyed an increase exceeding 10 %” – written.
“The situation in logistics and transport looks little better, where 45 % of employees have noted increases, and 11 % of them obtained a significant salary correction” – added.
The Personnel Service study shows that every fifth person plans to change work in the next six months.
“At the beginning of the year, 18 % of the respondents had such an intention, so there are no significant changes. When we look at the results through the prism of sex, it can be seen that as many as 63 percent of women do not think about changing work vs. 57 percent of men. The opposite is the case with age division. The younger the younger employee, the greater the openness to rotation” – wrote in a commentary on the study.
“Almost every second Pole aged 18-24 (49 percent) plans to change employment, while among people over 55, only 6 % of people have such an intention” – he added.
The study was conducted on a nationwide sample of 1,123 people aged 18 and more. They were implemented on September 12-15, 2025. (PAP Biznes)
