At the Krasnoyarsk airport, the final participants were met today V International Financial Security Olympiad, which will be held for the first time in the capital of the region.
About 1,000 guests and participants in the Olympiad from 40 countries will arrive in Krasnoyarsk, including almost 600 students and schoolchildren. The Olympics starts from September 29 and last until October 3.
This year, the regional team is represented by 29 finalists-23 students of the Siberian Federal University, 5 students of the Physics and Mathematics School of the Siberian Railway and one pupil of the Zheleznogorsk School of Cosmonautics. By the number of participants in the final, the Krasnoyarsk Territory leads in the Siberian Federal District.
Recall that the final of the Olympics in Krasnoyarsk became possible thanks to the initiative of the governor and the head of Rosfinmonitoring, which was supported by President Vladimir Putin. The event will be held as part of the national project “Youth and Children”.
The Olympiad includes not only theoretical tasks, but also practical cases to identify schemes of economic crimes.
