The creation of a Palestinian state would be a “national suicide” for Israel, the UN Tribune told the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday, who criticized the Western countries and promised to “finish the job” against Hamas in the Gaza strip, AFP reports.
Immediately after this aggressive speech, US President Donald Trump said he “thinks we have an agreement” on Gaza, without giving details.
The Israeli leader rejected the accusations of “genocide” in the Gaza strip and criticized the Western countries, including France, who recognized the Palestine state this week.
These countries have “ceded” in front of Hamas, showing that “it is worth killing the Jews,” he said.
“Here is another message for Western leaders: Israel will not allow you to impose a terrorist state. We will not commit a national suicide because you do not have the courage to face the hostile press and the anti -Semitic crowds asking for the blood of Israel,” he said.

On the occasion of a summit organized Monday by France and Saudi Arabia on the future of the solution with two states, Palestinian and Israeli, to coexist in peace and safety, ten countries, including France, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, officially recognized the state of Israel.
Israel “wants to finish the job” against Hamas
The Israeli Prime Minister, who is about to go to Washington to meet with the US president, assured that he had speakers in the Gaza strip so that the hostages still detained by Hamas could hear his speech.
From now on, Israel “wants to finish the job” against Hamas “as soon as possible” in a gaza strip devastated for almost two years of war, he assured.
Addressing the hostages, he said in Hebrew and then in English: “I did not forget you, not even for a second. We will not rest until you are all at home.”
The Families Forum, the main organization of the relatives of the captives of Gaza, has criticized these statements, considering that they endanger the lives of the hostages.
A Palestinian authority has also criticized this speech, considering it “full of lies and falsification.”
Netanyahu's intervention began under the applause of his supporters invited to the room and under the delegates who left the UN General Assembly, as a sign of protest.

Although he welcomed the support of the US president, the Israeli leader did not speak of the busy Westordan.
While the Israeli government states that it wants to expand Jewish colonization in this Palestinian territory, the US president warned that he will not allow Israel to annex it.
Netanyahu's speech came at a time when the peace hopes focus on a new plan presented this week by Donald Trump to Arab and Muslim countries.
