In a private shelter for animals in Norilsk, serious violations were corrected, which could threaten the health of the pets. This was told in the GUFSSP of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Initiative citizens on their money contained about 50 cats and dogs. However, check revealed the lack of normal ventilation, a special room for sick animals and places for walking animals.
Later, the owners carried out the necessary work: they installed the opening windows, equipped the insulator and created safe platforms. The bailiffs controlled the process.
The shelter also helps the socialization of the pets – debtors working for mandatory work work here, and bailiff employees help to care for animals in their free time.
