Tusk announced that “in the coming hours, a historical order for high speed will be announced.
– I challenge such a cordial challenge, gentlemen presidents. We will write this historical order for high speed in the coming hours. And I exclude from my thinking the absence of such companies in this noble one – let it be ruthless, but also noble – competition – emphasized Tusk.
– I don't know if you accept gentlemen, this is a challenge. On behalf of everyone involved, I invite you to this great undertaking – fight for this historical order, its scale will be impressive, and we want Polish companies so much that Polish companies, Polish specialists, Polish contractors were leading partners in these very ambitious ventures – said Donald Tusk.
