Residents of Krasnoyarsk were reminded of what to do if rats appeared in the house.
The rodents, as specified in the press service of the city hall, appear near apartment buildings in transitional climatic periods. They can live in basements and entrances, on sites for collecting solid utilities.
The city hall recalled that the maintenance of the premises where rats may appear is under the jurisdiction of the management company or HOA. It is they who should conclude an agreement with a specialized company to regularly derate public areas.
In order for representatives of the management company to learn about the problem, they need to be informed. This is the duty of residents. If the requirements are ignored, there is a reason to file a complaint with the district administration and supervisory authorities.
Since rats most often appear on a container site, it is important that there is cleanliness there. It depends on the timely removal of garbage, as well as the washing of containers.
