In Krasnoyarsk, criminal investigation officers detained a suspect in stealing food from a sushi bar and shops.
The day before, the police received a message from an employee of a delivery restaurant on Michurina Street that a customer came for sushi, but instead of paying 3,200 rubles for it, he grabbed the package with the order and ran away.
The crime was caught on CCTV.
Krasnoyarsk man stole sushi from a restaurant
Law enforcement officers established that the attacker was a previously convicted 24-year-old local resident. He was also involved in a number of thefts of food from stores in the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk.
A criminal case was opened against the detainee under Part 1 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery” and Part 1 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”.
