Nordis Group announced the intention of the Avangarde group to take over the business, in the context of “Attracting a strategic investor is a realistic and sustainable solution for maximizing the chances of recovering the amounts invested by the creditors ”.

Avangarde submitted a letter of intent for Nordis Mamaia SRL and Nordis Management SRL, the main companies in the Nordis group.
Ștefan Unchiașu, Avangarde administrator, said that the group intends to take advantage of this business and development opportunity at the next level.
“We are interested in taking over the Nordis business and, as a result of this, we have submitted a letter of intent for Nordis Mamaia SRL and Nordis Management SRL, the main companies in the group. We started the process of Diligence and we will make a decision, hopefully, until the end of this year.”, Said Stefan Unchiașu, Avangarde administrator, according to news.ro.
Avangarde has been active in the real estate market for over 15 years, totaling over 5,000 completed and delivered apartments.

In February 2025, 11 people were detained, including Laura Vicol and Vladimir Ciorbă, accused of setting up an organized criminal group, misappropriation, money laundering, tax evasion and deception with particularly serious consequences.
Following the investigation, seizure measures were ordered on 201 buildings, five commercial spaces, 22 lands, 11 cars and blocking 48 bank accounts.
The DIICOT representatives said that the investigation is carried out with speed, the means of evidence necessary to find out the truth are ruled.
