Almost 16 thousand inhabitants of the Krasnoyarsk Territory took part in the mass race of the Cross Nation

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the All -Russian race “Cross Nation” was held, according to the regional Ministry of Sports.
In Krasnoyarsk, more than 3 thousand people participated in the race. Cross took place on the island of Tatyshev. The main distance was 2 km, and more trained participants could run 10 kilometers. Also in a cross with a distance of 1 kilometer, children from 5 to 9 years old took part.
During the race, a platform worked to check the TRP standards. On it, participants in the sporting event tried their hand at push -ups and inclinations. The athletes also took part in a joint warm -up before the race.
In total, the Cross of the Nation took place at 56 venues in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Almost 16 thousand people took part in it. The first event was adopted by Norilsk and Divnogorsk – there the runners competed on September 13. The final race of the season took place in the same sunny.
“The All -Russian run day remains one of the most massive sports events in the country. The action combines people of different ages and levels of training in the desire for a healthy lifestyle and sports achievements, ”the Ministry of Sports noted.
