The miner of the Nazarovsky section became one of the finalists of the qualifying stage of the National Prize “Man of Labor”

Sergei Afanasyev, a mechanic of the Mining Washing Center of the SUEK-Krasnoyarsk branch, “Nazarovsky section”, became one of the winners of the regional stage of the All-Russian Prize “Man of Labor”. His candidacy was nominated in the nomination “Technological Leader”.
Sergey Afanasyev came to the Nazarovsky incision in 1998 in the footsteps of his father, who worked here for 40 years here. Sergei Vladimirovich began his career with the profession of a locksmith for the repair of road construction machines. Seven years later, he transferred to the post of assistant, and then the driver of the unique rotary opening complex SRS (K) -4000, the only one in Russia. Having gained experience and studying the car to the screw, he became a mechanic of the mountain workshop.
Sergei Vladimirovich constantly offers and introduces rationalization solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and durability of the equipment used. Thus, his last proposal – the introduction of an improved system of seals of the rotor wheel gearbox – ensured a significant reduction in the cost of buying lubricants and a decrease in the number of stops of the production process.
The work of Sergei Afanasyev was marked by the gratitude of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and this year he was awarded the certificate of honor of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
“I love my work very much, because it forces it to constantly solve various problems that sometimes it seems impossible to solve, I have to think non -standard. I am glad that I got to the final of the “Man of Labor” award. It is especially pleasant that I was supported by the leadership and team that presented my candidacy for this important competition, ”Sergei Afanasyev shared his impressions.
The regional stage of the prize was supported by the Governor and the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory as part of the tasks of the national project “Personnel”. Applications for the competition were submitted by more than a hundred representatives of various industries and the social sphere of twenty -three regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The organizers note the significance of the first experience in conducting such a prize in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, emphasizing the importance of demonstrating the achievements of professional labor collectives and popularizing working specialties among youth.
