In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case was sent to court against an employee of a company producing and installing plastic windows. This was reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
According to the investigation, from August 2023 to January 2025, the woman worked as the head of the sales department. She entered into glazing contracts with individuals and accepted payments from clients. However, the accused did not deposit money into the company's cash register. According to the police, she appropriated them for herself.
The violations were discovered by company employees during an internal audit. After this, management contacted the police. The total amount of damage was about 4.8 million rubles. During the investigation, the woman partially compensated for the damage and returned 1 million rubles.
A criminal case was opened under the article of misappropriation or embezzlement on an especially large scale. The maximum penalty is up to 10 years in prison. The case materials with the approved indictment were sent to the Leninsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk.
