Sylvester Stallone says he wanted to play in a new “Rambo” movie to rejuvenate until 18: “It wouldn't be so forced.”

Sylvester Stallone will launch a new memory book next year, but until then it appears in various shows before the premiere 3 of its series “Tulsa King”, occasions on which he talks about some of his classic films, reports Variety magazine.

A “Origin Story” movie for John Rambo is already working with American actor Noah Centineo (The recruit, Black Adam) chosen for the titular role. Although the film does not yet have a launch date, Hollywood sources quoted by Deadline states that the plan is for filming to start in the first part of next year in Thailand.

Stallone, who has played in the fifth and so far the last movie Rambo Since 2019, he is not involved in the new project.

He revealed in the podcast Bingeworthy of the publication The playlist that he had previously had his own idea for a prelude film for the cinematic franchise he started in 1982 and which until now had no movie without him.

The 79-year-old actor now told that he had presented the idea of ​​the film as an artificial intelligence experiment (AI), which was to rejuvenate it until the age of adolescence. “Everyone thought I was crazy,” Stallone recalled. “Artificial intelligence is sufficiently sophisticated to recreate the Saigon and show [pe Rambo] At 18, using practically the same image. So, it would not be so forced, ”he explained.
