Banking experts gave a forecast for the introduction of artificial intelligence in all major Russian companies

By 2030, there will be no large company on the Russian market that would not introduce its own or third-party Jeenets into its processes, said Vadim Kulik, deputy president-chairman of the Board of VTB at the Bank's own session “at the threshold of meeting with the AI-agents” at the Kazan Digital Week international forum-2025.

These AI-agents will solve problems both for supporting internal processes in the work of companies and when servicing customers.

AIAn agent is a solution that, by analyzing data, can take chains of actions leading to a particular task set by the user. AI-agent can act autonomously, without the participation of the user. The technology does not just respond to user requests, but initiates actions and controls the process. This is an autonomous digital system capable of reasoning, learning and acting without constant human control.

“Today, the introduction of the large language models of the Jeadens, which would perform certain tasks in companies, is becoming one of the main trends of the Russian technological landscape. Companies both develop their own solutions, and order their development exclusively for their own tasks, as well as introduce boxing decisions of third -party developers. A relatively slightly time will pass, and by 2030 there will be no large company in the Russian market in which Jeenets would not work, ”said Vadim Kulik.

According to him, the AI-agents will solve the various problems of users-among employees and customers of companies, as well as interact with each other to solve these problems, Vadim Kulik emphasized.

According to some expert estimates, the top manager continued, the most advanced Jeadens, including in the form of self-learning Androids with universal intelligence and adaptive behavior, should be expected in the future for two years. “Such assistant robots will actually become the usual household gadget,” added a top manager.

“N.AM is the introduction of new mass technology, which must be adapted for interaction with various users, including technologically not very advanced-because II assistants can be more demanded by the age audience, ”concluded Vadim Kulik.

The mass introduction of Jean agents, in turn, will entail an increase in the load on existing communication networks, and also require large-scale development of the IT infrastructure, summarized the top manager.
