In Bucharest, the loading of thermal energy installations begins. Conditions for the beginning of the heating season

The Municipal Company of the Termoenergetica Bucharest has announced that on Tuesday, September 23, the water supply installations will begin with water, at the same time with the pressure tests at the interior installations.
“The actions are necessary to prepare the district heating network 2025 – 2026. The water loading of the installations will be carried out, to ensure a controlled and safe process,” the thermoenergetics said on Thursday.
Each owners' association will be informed in advance, by displaying at the entrance to the building, about the exact date of loading the installation, so that it can take in advance all the necessary measures to prevent incidents, according to the company.
Termoenergetica begs its customers to ensure that the works on the interior installations in the buildings will be completed in a timely manner, so that the incidents (floods in the apartments or in the basements of the blocks) are avoided with their load: “We remind you that it is the obligation of the owners to ensure that the interior is in the energy) the works inside the buildings ”.
The exact date regarding the start of the supply of the heating agent will be announced later, respectively after the legal conditions.
According to them, “the start of the heating period for urban consumers will take place after the registration, for 3 consecutive days, between 20.00-6.00, of average daily values of the outer air temperature of +10º C or lower”.
Thermoenergetica had a major problem last month, when half of Bucharest was left without hot water for several days due to damage.
